Over our 30-year history, Peak Performance has established a reputation for anticipating the needs of state, federal, and Tribal law enforcement agencies, as well as private companies.
In 1994, our founders, John and James Yearty, set out to improve how agencies access information from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), as well as The International Justice and Public Safety Networks. This has led to software and solutions trusted the nation over to complete critical compliance, auditing, and certifications tasks.
Each of our products is designed to help organizations comply with FBI requirements while streamlining processes and freeing public servants to focus more of their time on what matters.
