How do you get your own training into Peak?

Upload your content
Bring the courses your organization already runs into the platform. Uploading is not the same as publishing — a training becomes visible to people only once it is assigned.
Assign it, or automate it
Assign to everyone in your organization, to one or more organization units, or to specific people you pick. Or set required trainings on an organization unit so anyone who joins it is assigned them automatically, without an admin doing anything.
Nobody has to remember
People get a weekly email listing what is outstanding and when it is due. Admins get assigned, completed, and still-pending counts in the weekly summary they already receive.
Make it recur
Set a training requirement on an organization unit to recur every six months, every year, or every two years. A new assignment is created automatically each cycle on the date you choose, and completing it last cycle does not exempt anyone from this one. For new people, you can instead set a due date 30, 60, or 90 days after they join the unit.
Set a deadline that makes sense
Two rules to choose from. A window after someone joins a unit — thirty, sixty, or ninety days — so new starters get a realistic runway instead of an already-overdue assignment. Or a fixed calendar date, which always carries a repeat cadence with it.
Nobody gets it twice
If someone already has a training assigned or completed, they are skipped. A person in two units that both require the same course still only receives it once.
