Single sign-on
Your people sign in with the credentials they already have, which removes a password to manage and a reason to call support.
API access
Pull training and clearance data into your own systems, and automate user provisioning instead of maintaining a roster by hand.
Multi-factor authentication
MFA on accounts that touch criminal justice information, which is also what unlocks protected document access elsewhere in the platform.
E-signature
Replaces printing, wet-signing, scanning, and filing. Employees sign, your admin countersigns, and the finished PDF is stamped as electronically signed and verified within CJIS Online.
FBI and state addendums
Alongside the FBI Security Addendum, state-specific versions including Texas and California are supported, each tracked as its own document with its own history. Where a state requires extra detail before signing, the employee is asked for it up front.
Sign a stack at once
Admins work from a signature queue rather than an inbox. Sign a batch in one action, or step through each document individually first when you want to check the employee's signature before executing.
Renewals on your terms
Set an addendum to renew with the annual security and privacy training cycle, or trigger a fresh signing round on demand when something changes. In-flight signatures are never restarted by a new round.
Downloadable reports
CSV report export is a paid capability. Vendor companies holding no add-on cannot export reports at all, so Access is what keeps bulk certificate and document exports available to you.
Cyber and incident response training
Security courses that go beyond the CJIS minimum, included in the bundle rather than bought separately.
Document storage
Keep the documents each agency asks for in the same platform as the training and the addendums, so they are attached to the employee they belong to rather than sitting in a shared drive.
