Pro: run your own clearance process.
Everything in Access, plus the tools to track every employee's clearance with every agency you serve — and the document management that goes with it.
What does Pro add on top of Access?
Clearance tracking and enhanced document management. Your admins hold the pen — you check results with the agency and update statuses yourself.
A clearance per agency, per employee
One employee working with six agencies has six clearances, each tracked separately with its own status, status date, and expiration date.
Status you control
Your admins check the result with the agency and set the status themselves, rather than waiting on anyone else to do it.
A record of every submission
Each fingerprint submission, resubmission, and document packet is recorded against the clearance it belongs to, so the history exists when someone asks.
Bulk management
Onboard a batch of employees to the same agency, or update status across many people at once, instead of working through them one at a time.
Reporting and export
Filter clearances by agency, status, or fingerprint status, choose your columns, and export the view to CSV.
Enhanced document management
Included with Pro. Documents are organized against the agency and state they belong to, and access is protected by multi-factor authentication.
View-only admins see the clearance side too
Any vendor admin can be switched to view-only, and on Pro that visibility extends to the clearance grid, submissions, and the enhanced document list. They see every screen a full admin sees and can download certifications, addendums, and reports, but write controls are greyed out — they cannot edit users, manage clearances, or sign anything.
Fingerprints on file, at a glance
Each employee carries a fingerprint indicator — on file or not on file, with the date they were received — visible throughout the clearance screens, so you can spot who still needs printing without keeping a separate spreadsheet.
What are the stages of a vendor clearance?
Five stages from assignment to decision. The same flow applies whether you are on Pro, Pro Archive, or Pro Managed — what changes is how much of it you run yourself.
Assigned
A vendor employee is assigned a clearance to a specific agency.
Deployed
The documentation that agency requires goes out to the employee to sign and upload back.
Pending
The clearance sits in the queue, waiting on the pieces that are still outstanding.
Submitted
The packet — fingerprint card plus the signed documentation — has been sent to the agency.
Cleared
The agency returns its decision: cleared, or not cleared.
Move up to Pro
Pro is scoped with our team so clearance tracking matches the agencies you actually serve.
