Vendor tier 4 of 4 · Fully managed

Pro Managed: hand the whole thing to us.

Everything in Pro Archive, and then Peak runs the employee clearance lifecycle on your behalf — gathering agency requirements, submitting documents, and chasing your people so you do not have to.

What we take on

What does Peak do under Pro Managed?

The work, not just the software. On the other tiers your admins drive the clearance process. Here the line moves — two things stay with you, and everything after that is ours.

Stays with you

Two things

Get your people printed

Your employee is fingerprinted once, at a local location.

Tell us who needs clearing where

Assign an employee to an agency in CJIS Online. That is the signal that starts the work.

Moves to Peak

Everything after that

Agency requirement gathering

Every agency wants something different — its own contacts, forms, submission route, and handling quirks. We hold a profile for each one so your team is not reverse engineering it one rejection at a time.

Packet building and submission

We build the packet against that agency’s profile — the right documents, the fingerprint card, the paperwork it expects — and send it the way that agency wants to receive it.

Employee follow-up

Chasing employees for a form is the part nobody wants. We do the following up so the process keeps moving.

Clearance statuses kept current

We manage clearances and submissions on your behalf, so the record stays current without your admins working the queue.

CJIS advisory services

Access to our team for the questions that come up when an agency asks for something unfamiliar or a requirement changes.

What changed for one customer

Thirty to sixty days became about two weeks

A public safety IT provider running 315 CJIS staff through clearances multiple times a year, before and after moving to Pro Managed.

Before
30 to 60 days to get an employee submitted and cleared, sometimes longer
Employees fingerprinted repeatedly through the year, ten cards at a time to cover different agencies
Employees paying 200 to 500 dollars up front per round of prints, then filing for reimbursement
Print cards shipped back to the company before anything could be submitted
After
About two weeks for a new hire, and a week at most for an employee already on file
Printed once, with the prints held by Peak
Staff submitted immediately once prints are received, rather than waiting on a new round
Peak fills in the dates and handles the submission on the company’s behalf

“Due to Peak storing and submitting fingerprints on our behalf, as well as being able to fill in the dates as needed, it has been a true game changer for our team.”
